Global Refund Manager

GRM (Global Refund Manager) is a Smartpoint plugin that helps make refunds much easier to use. It guides you through three simple steps in a graphical interface, so you no longer need to use cryptographic inputs.

Once installed, you can easily open the GRM by clicking the GRM button on the Travelport Smartpoint toolbar or by simply entering the #GRM entry in your Smartpoint Window.

Because GRM is web-based, you always use the latest and improved version.

If you already use GEM (Global Exchange Manager), you get the GRM for free.
